1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fk999 platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and related services available at fk999.cam ("the Platform"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and fk999 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on fk999, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the fk999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fk999 does not permit access to or use of its services by any person under 21 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of fk999 or any of its affiliated companies, suppliers, or service providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not have been previously excluded from the Platform for any reason.

3. Account Registration

To access fk999's full suite of games and services, you are required to create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.1 Account Information

You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address, and accurate date of birth at the time of registration. fk999 reserves the right to verify all account information at any time and to request documentary proof including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active fk999 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If fk999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and outstanding balances withheld pending a full investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fk999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. fk999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify fk999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

fk999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fk999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following locally supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced at fk999's discretion and will be communicated via the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fk999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. Deposits are credited to your fk999 balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. fk999 processes withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. fk999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are indicative only.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the fk999 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fk999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the Player's end are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fk999 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is communicated. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period will be clearly stated for each individual promotion. Bets placed on certain game types may not contribute fully toward wagering requirements — this will be specified per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

fk999 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to fulfil wagering requirements, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.3 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. fk999 does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on fk999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. These rules are available within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once fk999 has issued a confirmation reference. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or system errors are not considered valid. fk999 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to factors outside its reasonable control.

6.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game outcome being displayed, fk999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the stake to the player. fk999's decision in such matters is final. The principle "pays wrong, voids all" applies where manifestly incorrect odds have been accepted in error.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including PSL, international cricket, and other sporting events, fk999 applies official result confirmation protocols. Results are settled based on the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body. Any subsequent appeal or reversal by the governing body after settlement may or may not trigger re-settlement at fk999's discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fk999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial crime through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the fk999 platform.
• Registering an account if you are under the age of 21.
• Holding or operating more than one fk999 account simultaneously.

fk999 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance withholding, and legal referral — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fk999 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and interface designs, is the exclusive intellectual property of fk999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any fk999 content without explicit written authorisation from fk999.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, even if fk999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fk999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fk999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. fk999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

10. Privacy & Data

fk999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fk999 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Your personal and financial information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required to fulfil the services you have requested, comply with a legal obligation, or prevent fraud and financial crime.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the player.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21.

Upon termination, fk999 will review the account balance and, subject to the outcome of any investigation, will process a final withdrawal of cleared funds to the player's verified payment method where no breach has been identified.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and standards applicable to the jurisdiction under which fk999 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and fk999, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. fk999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through direct communication before any formal proceedings are initiated.

14. Amendments to These Terms
